I coach a variety of small group fitness formats, one-on-one personal training, and wellness coaching. I will also be starting my first ever empowerment course soon!
Personal training and fitness classes are offered in-person (outdoors or in-studio, with mask) and online/virtually. I also offer wellness coaching to help you set health and wellness goals that fit your lifestyle, routines and desires.
It is my goal to help you stay motivated, empowered, overcome roadblocks, and find where and how you can make healthier choices. I am resourceful and adaptable, so I like to think that we can figure it out, no matter what, as long as you are coachable/open, committed and ready to make whatever changes you are wanting to make to reach your goals!
